Named for the first administrator of The Hermitage, Dr. Bernard Via, and his wife Armen, the Via Health Care Center provides intermediate nursing home care in a compassionate and

professional atmosphere. The Via Health Care Center has both private and semi-private rooms.

Care in the Center is administered by registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and the Center's Medical Director. This team of medical professionals carefully monitors residents and communicates their progress with families
